Today...

Today is groceries, library, and scan in as many of my Mom's pictures as I can, day!  I should also make some cookies with the kids today.  Christmas looks like it will be a little on the lean side this year.  We won't be able to contribute a lot to it, monetarily, and we don't know if the grandfathers' are contributing anymore.  We'll just have to wait and see. 

This year I plan on making Anise Cookies, Orange Shortbread Star Cookies, and Ginger Cookies.  Heidi has requested Apple Pies, so I'll make a few of those.  We'll also make Choc. Peppermint Bark and Chocolate dipped orange sections.  OMG, those are so to die for!!!


Hopefully, we will have snow for Christmas.  We've had snow fall, we've had it stick, but then we've had it melt.  Bummer.  Right now we just have a dusting of snow in the corners of the yard and cold temperatures.  NO FAIR!  Mr. Snow-miser!!!
